Damaged Items: We offer free returns for items that arrive damaged. If your item is damaged, please contact us at info@thecocktailcart.com.au with your order details and a description or photos of the damaged item. We will guide you through the return process and provide a printable return label that you can use to return the item. Please ensure that you retain your receipt or proof of purchase.

Undamaged Items: If you wish to return an undamaged item, you may do so at your own expense. The item must be in the same condition as when you received it, with no boxes or packaging opened. To initiate a return, please contact us at info@thecocktailcart.com.au with your order details and the reason for the return. We will provide you with further instructions on how to proceed.

Please note that deliveries can be delayed due to processing errors with the shipping company. Additionally, during busy periods, such as holidays or promotional events, deliveries may experience delays.

Our team aims to process all orders within 1 - 2 business days. Please note that this processing time does not include shipping time.
