Terms of Service - The Cocktail Cart events
Terms of service:
Service Agreement 1.1 Parties: These Terms of Service constitute a legally binding agreement between The Cocktail Cart (referred to as "we," "us," or "our") and the customer (referred to as "you" or "your").
1.2 Services: We offer mobile bar services, including the provision of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, bartending staff, glassware and equipment hire, and related services (the "Services").
1.3 Agreement Acceptance: By using our Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our Services.Service Provision 2.1 Availability: Our mobile bar services are available for hire across Victoria. We are based in Geelong, and events outside this area may incur a travel fee depending on the event location and the number of team members required.
2.2 Age Restriction: You must be 18 years of age or older to use our Services, in compliance with the legal drinking age in Australia.
2.3 Reservations: To book our mobile bar services, you must make a reservation in advance. Reservation details, including date, time, location, and specific requirements, must be provided accurately.
2.4 Cancellations: Cancellations made within 30 days of the event are subject to payment for 25% of the invoiced amount. Cancellations made within 14 days are subject to payment for 50% of the invoiced amount. Cancellations made within 5 days are subject to payment for 100% of the invoiced amount.
2.5 Payments: Invoice payments are due 5 days before the event. A final invoice may be issued after the event to cover any additional charges, such as broken or lost glassware, service extensions, parking costs, and more.
Responsibilities and Conduct 3.1 Compliance with Laws: You agree to comply with all applicable Victorian liquor legislation and regulations, as well as Victoria legislation, relating to the consumption, sale, and provision of alcohol.
3.2 Event Venue: You are responsible for securing any necessary permits and permissions for the event venue. We will operate under our liquor license - see 5.1.
Pricing and Quotes 4.1 Quote: We will send you a detailed quote outlining the costs of your event.
Licensing 5.1 We are licensed under a renewable limited license that authorises the licensee TCC Holdings PTY LTD - 36157253. Our license allows us to operate any day between 12 noon and 1 am.
5.2 Depending on the location of your event, we may be required to get a temporary license. This would be an additional fee onto our quoted price, the fee is dependant on your location and event size. .Responsible Service of Alcohol The Cocktail Cart encourages responsible service and consumption of alcohol. We adhere to the Liquor Control Reform Act 1998. It is an offense.
a) To supply alcohol to a person under the age of 18 years (Penalty exceeds $17,000).
b) For a person under the age of 18 years to purchase or receive liquor (Penalty exceeds $700). You must be 18 years old or older to purchase our products. We will require you to provide your date of birth truthfully at the time of placing your order. We will require confirmation of your date of birth by the production of valid photo identification. We may refuse delivery to any person who we consider may be unsuitable for any reason, including if they are under 18 years of age or if they intoxicated.
