Based on traditional recipes of old, these elixirs blend the sweetness of fruit with the tartness and goodness of apple cider vinegar.

Ingredients: White peach, sugar, apple cider vinegar

Packaged in a 250ml glass bottle - approx. 8 serves

Sparkling Peach

Add 1 part Curious Cabinet White Peach Shrub to 5 parts soda water. Adjust to taste, serve with ice and a sprig of mint. Add some gin for a great alternative to a G&T.

White Peach Spritz

30ml White Peach Shrub

120ml Prosecco

30ml Soda water

Pour into a large wine glass, top with ice and garnish with mint or thyme.
