  • Based on recipes from the old world, The Curious Cabinet grapefruit and rosemary shrub is the perfect addition to your next alcoholic or non-alcoholic cocktails.

    This shrub has been created in collaboration with Royal Botanic Gardens Victoria.

  • Ingredients: Pink grapefruit juice, rosemary, lemon myrtle, sugar, apple cider vinegar.

    250ml glass bottle - approx. 8 serves

  • Serve on the rocks with soda or add with your favourite gin or other white spirit.

    Recipe suggestions

    Sparkling Grapefruit:

    Add 1 part The Curious Cabinet Grapefruit Shrub Syrup and lots of ice to a glass. Add 5 parts soda and stir, adjust to taste. Add some gin for a delicious alternative to a gin and tonic.

    Paloma:

    60ml Tequila or Mezcal

    30ml The Curious Cabinet Grapefruit Shrub Syrup

    Soda

    Add Tequila, Shrub Syrup and lots of ice to a tall glass rimmed with salt. Top with soda, stir and adjust to taste. Garnish with a sprig of rosemary or a slice of grapefruit.
